At Paradigm Housing Group, we're committed to ensuring our homes meet the highest standards of safety and wellbeing. As part of our response to Awaab's Law, we're expanding our Property Services team and are looking for a proactive and organised Repairs Coordinator to help us manage and monitor cases related to damp, mould, and emergency hazards. This is a vital role at the heart of our operations, ensuring urgent repairs are triaged, scheduled, and completed within legal timeframes, while keeping residents informed and supported throughout the process.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the central point of contact for damp and mould cases
  • Ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed within Awaab's Law timeframes
  • Coordinating emergency and follow-on works, including subcontractor allocation
  • Keeping residents updated and supported throughout the repair journey
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring systems are updated in real time
  • Supporting the Repairs Manager with performance tracking and reporting
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver effective solutions
  • Prioritising disrepair cases, complaints, and asset referrals

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally within property maintenance or housing
  • Familiarity with housing legislation, including Awaab's Law and HHSRS
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to support vulnerable residents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service call logging systems

Location, Salary & Contract Type

Location: High Wycombe, Chesham / Hybrid working (2 days per week working from the office, 3 days per week working from home)

Salary: £31,074 + Excellent Benefits

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed-Term-Contract, Full-time, 37 hours per week
