The Role

We’re looking for a Renewals Campaign Team Leader to manage and motivate our utilities renewals team. This is a new role designed to build and lead our renewals function. As Renewals Campaign Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, keeping the team engaged, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service during their contract renewal process. This is a leadership role where your ability to inspire and get the best out of people is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a renewals team to exceed performance targets
  • Run daily team meetings that set focus and energy for the day
  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and support
  • Deliver training to strengthen negotiation and customer service skills
  • Work with leadership to refine the renewals process and hit company targets
  • Step in when needed to support on complex or high-value cases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role within sales, account management or renewals
  • Background in energy brokerage/utilities preferred
  • Strong people-management and motivational skills
  • Confident in setting expectations, coaching, and driving team performance
