Job Description
About the Role
Muve Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our dedicated team delivering high-acuity care in the Oldham area. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for clients with complex medical needs in their own homes, combining hands-on clinical expertise with person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care in accordance with care plans, supporting individuals with complex medical or mental health needs
- Monitor vital signs, fluid charts, and escalate any changes in condition
- Administer medication and manage treatment protocols safely
- Provide support with mobility, pressure relief, personal care, and hygiene
- Liaise effectively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate and CQC-compliant records
Key Clinical Expertise (Preferred)
- PEG feeding and safe tube site management
- Catheter and stoma care using aseptic techniques
- Ventilator support and routine circuit checks
- Tracheostomy care and emergency response protocols
- Input/output and fluid balance monitoring
- Cough Assist
What We’re Looking For
- Valid NMC registration (RN or RMN)
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in complex care or mental health settings
- Full right to work in the UK
- UK driving licence or reliable transport in Usk/Monmouth area
- Clinical confidence, empathy, and excellent communication skills
