Senior Auditor – HSEC

A seasoned professional with strong auditing skills is sought to drive compliance and elevate industry standards in Health, Safety, Environment, and Communities (HSEC).

The role involves leading audits, convincing and inspiring senior leadership and cross-functional teams to adopt best practices, and ensuring alignment with Group standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and perform comprehensive audits of Smelters;
2. Review and analyse audit findings to identify areas for improvement;
3. Develop and implement action plans to address audit findings;
4. Prepare detailed reports on audit outcomes;
5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance;
6. Monitor the implementation of action plans;

Requirements:

1. University degree in a related field;
2. At least 7 years of auditing experience;
3. Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and standards;
4. Leadership, coaching, and communication skills;
5. Proficiency in audit software and project management tools;

Travel: 20-35% of the time. Language: English essential. Location: EU country or UK with full working rights.
