Responsibilities:
- As Ski Sales & Account Manager, you’ll be the key contact for both new and existing clients in the areas you oversee.
- You’ll manage a number of key accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and drive revenue through tailored ski packages and a consultative sales approach.
- Seek out new sales leads through various means.
- Account management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients is essential.
- Run your own quotes and personalise trip inclusions, following the process from first contact to post trip follow-up.
- Show knowledge and expertise in advising and guiding clients to the best possible product to fit their needs.
- Follow up quotations sent and close sales.
- Make sales visits to schools, groups and clients, as well as trips to resort to familiarise yourself with product.
- Identify areas for growth and improvement within product offering.
- Any other tasks as may reasonably be assigned.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ideally have experience within the Ski/Schools Industry, within a sales environment.
- Have a passion for skiing/winter sports.
- Must be able to work autonomously yet responsive to team requirements/business needs.
- Must be willing to undertake own research into the School ski market and be prepared to build your own leads, as well as following up on warm leads.
- Excellent rapport/relationship building skills.
- Confident with costings and numbers, as well as margin focus.
- CRM experience/knowledge is preferred.
- Sales and target driven.
- Must be confident being customer facing as and when required.
