We are seeking a number of Quantity Surveyors for engagements within the Main Contractor environment on projects within the Caribbean - x4 specific locations. These projects can range from US$10m to upwards of US$100m+ across the Commercial, Hospitality, and Luxury Residential sectors. These roles may suit someone currently at a more Intermediate level, and/or early into their Senior positions within their career. These are long term opportunities with a strong pipeline of work and they are keen to bring someone into the team who is looking for their next long term career step. Responsibilities Procurement of materials from both local and overseas suppliers Updating senior managers on the procurement and commercial activities Assisting with Estimating and Bidding Carrying out Value Engineering Preparing Bill of Quantities Setting Budgets
