Quality Assurance Engineer

Our company is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support our modernization initiatives and financial regulatory compliance efforts in the financial services industry.

The successful candidate will conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work as expected after changes. They will perform manual testing, with some automation, to identify and report defects. Additionally, they will assist in performance testing to assess the system’s responsiveness and stability under various conditions.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience in Quality Assurance engineering and testing; both manual and automation
• Demonstrated experience testing Java code
• Ability to develop SQL queries
• Experience leveraging Selenium for regression testing
• Deep expertise with various approaches including Chaos testing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Prior experience with performance testing and working in financial services supporting critical applications is a plus.
