About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the rollout of Windows 11 across our organization. This is a critical short-term engagement focused on planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of Windows 11 to ensure minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Windows 11 rollout project across multiple departments.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure user readiness through communication, training, and support strategies.
- Manage post-rollout evaluation and ensure all systems are stable and optimized.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within IT infrastructure or operating system deployments.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS environments, particularly Windows 11.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
