Product Manager – Part Time
We require a passionate, energetic, and motivated part time Sales Executive who thrives within a lively sales environment and wishes to develop their sales career further within the IT sector. This role working two full days per week is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and help build the partner community with your set of vendors within our Product Manager team. You will work closely with other sales professionals, technical teams, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.

For this part time as Product Manager, you will work two full days and:
- Be proactive making outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Drive sales of allocated vendors products through various channels. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customised solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of vendors products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients and partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Regularly report on sales activities and progress against targets to management.
- Provide training and support to resellers and system houses on your allocated solutions
The ideal Product Manager / Internal Sales Specialist will have the following required skills:
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation and influencing skills
- Proven ability creating and developing effective customer and vendor relationships
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product features and benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Advantageous Skills / Qualities Include
- Preferably, experience within enterprise software or the IT sector
- Understanding of the software distribution / channel sales
- Proven ability on analysis, positioning, promoting products to market

The role is working two days per week (with some flexibility over the days), candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Newbury Office. Working hours for the position are 9.00am 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
