This is a fantastic opportunity for a PPC Specialist with experience delivering Paid Ads strategy, ideally in a client-facing role, to join a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency near Northampton. This is one of the fastest-growing agencies in Northamptonshire that continues their mission to work with the best ecommerce brands in the UK. The team is passionate about delivering digital marketing growth for their clients and supports career development.

Location: Blisworth, Northamptonshire (Hybrid/Office-based – transport essential due to location)

Salary: £30k-£34k DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Paid Ads strategy and manage campaigns across PPC channels, including Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Display, Search) to achieve strong ROIs.
  • Oversee and optimize performance for client accounts; work towards growing into a Paid Ads Lead role and shaping strategy for large online retail brands.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, specialist team across SEO, PPC, and Video Marketing to deliver client growth.
  • Possibly manage a couple of Paid Social accounts; experience with Paid Social (Meta) and Ecommerce is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering Paid Ads strategy with a track record of ROI improvement.
  • Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
  • Experience with Paid Social (Meta) and Ecommerce is a plus but not required.
