Ashdown have been engaged by a leading Membership body to assist in their search for a Power Platform and Data Specialist. This is offered on a hybrid working basis, 3 days in the London HQ and 2 days from home.
Reporting to the Head of IT, the Power Platform and Data Development Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the company’s data services, which are primarily built around Microsoft Power Platform.
This will include low-code development in Power Apps and Power Pages, reporting in Power BI, automation in Power Automate, and integration with various existing and potential new internal/external data sources. Data management and improvement are also important aspects of the role.
This is a newly created role to help with a busy work programme and support new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and improvement of the Dataverse structures.
- Support existing Power Apps (model-driven, using elements of Dynamics 365 Sales).
- Support and development of Power Pages portal.
- Data management and support for other databases (MSSQL, MySQL/MariaDB).
- Maintain and improve Power BI reports, integrate and analyse new external data sources as required.
You will need a broad understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and its development and a thorough understanding of databases and SQL. Ideally, you’ll have knowledge of relevant Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, and other Dataverse integrations).
Ideally, you will hold the appropriate Microsoft qualifications with previous experience working in an SME environment. You’ll be comfortable working in an agile environment with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements. As part of a small team, you’ll have experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 and includes 25 days holiday, health cash scheme, dental plan, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Pension Scheme, and other benefits.
