Parts Manager

Overview

Parts Manager – Prestige Franchised Motor Dealership for TieTalent in Bolton, Lancashire. Our client is a well respected Motor Trade employer in the North West and is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a franchised automotive parts department with coaching and performance management of the parts team.
• Recruitment within the parts department.
• Maximise commercial opportunities by developing and implementing campaigns within specific market sectors.
• Evaluate customer needs and competitor activity to ensure campaigns are relevant and targeted.
• Regularly review parts accessory displays to reflect sales trends and opportunities; maintain a safe and healthy working environment and ensure staff comply with Health and Safety requirements.
• Support the Parts operation and related processes as required.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 8am – 5:30pm

Salary

£35k – £37.5k basic; £50k+ OTE
