We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our established care home group. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to drive quality improvement and operational excellence across multiple care homes in and around Belfast.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive monthly Provider/Compliance visits for each care home, reviewing KPIs, service improvement plans, maintenance documentation, and environmental standards
- Take ownership of care homes\\\β quality outcomes and performance within the group
- Lead the standardisation of documentation and implementation of best practices
- Participate in Governance Meetings and monthly Central Team meetings to present audit results
- Effectively manage relationships with RQIA Inspectors, Local Authorities, and external professional colleagues
- Maintain regular presence across all care homes, focusing support on underperforming locations
- Develop and monitor action plans with Home Managers following internal audits and complaint investigations
- Provide management coverage during Home Manager absences
- Support Home Managers in delivering business outcomes, including sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of care-related policies and procedures
- Evaluate training statistics and organise/deliver training as required
- Support and manage Home Managers through coaching, mentorship, and development
- Conduct disciplinary hearings, appeals, and grievances as directed by Senior Regional Manager
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Significant experience in care home management or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and regulations
