About the team:
The GB Operational Excellence team operates nationally, supporting performance improvements across all functions of Customer Service & Supply Chain, aligned with the CSSC One Supply Chain Strategy. The team promotes professional and personal development, aiming for the Gold level in the central OE assessment.
The team is structured into three areas:
- Supply Chain Development
- Industrial Performance
- Operational Capability
This position is based at the Edmonton Manufacturing site, which has 7 manufacturing lines and over 300 employees. This role offers opportunities for career growth within Edmonton and across other GB and European sites.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the OE roadmap, applying the CCEP OE framework
- Develop OE leadership and capabilities, focusing on improvements and measurable financial results
- Conduct gap analyses, prepare action plans, and lead audits
- Lead the Technical Trainer team and support training initiatives
- Implement performance improvement programs using recognized industry approaches (TPM, CI, Lean, Six Sigma)
