Salary Range: $17.00 – $25.50

Responsibilities include: supporting residents with daily living activities, providing age-appropriate care, assisting with transfers, recording vital signs, supporting nutritional needs, and documenting care activities. Must follow infection control policies and support multiple locations within 150 miles, with mileage reimbursement and premium pay rates.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, 16+ years old, valid CNA certification, and relevant experience preferred. Additional certifications like QMAP may be required depending on the state. Ongoing training and continuing education are necessary.
