Pertemps are working in partnership with the Royal Mail to recruit HGV/LGV C+E Class 1 Drivers. You will trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network after completing an assessment. Shifts are offered 1 week in advance, and weekend work is frequently required.
Responsibilities:
- Trunk parcels and mail between depots within the Royal Mail network.
- Complete assessments as part of the onboarding process.
- Work on shifts that are offered one week in advance; weekend work may be required.
Entry requirements:
- Held your licence for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 penalty points OR held licence for a minimum of 12 months with less than 6 penalty points.
- Minimum of 180 days driving experience within the last 2 years.
- Endorsements: DD, DR, IN or CD cannot be accepted.
- Due to the nature of the client’s business, you will be required to clear a CRB security check following registration.
