My client owns 3 small independent Opticians based in Sheffield (Darnall, London Road, and Tinsley) and is looking for a multi-site manager to lead the teams.
Multi Site Manager – Role
- Manage a small group of 3 independent Opticians in Sheffield, working across all practices as the Group lead
- Assist the Director in growing the practices
- Team management and training
- Rota management
- Set and manage KPIs
- Contribute new ideas and strategies for growth
- Stock management and selection
- Work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays, from 9 am to 5:30 pm
- Salary between £35,000 and £40,000
Multi Site Manager – Requirements
- Recent experience working within Opticians
- Ideally a qualified Dispensing Optician with management experience, but experienced Optical Managers will also be considered
- Must be calm, confident, and professional when interacting with patients
- Maintain high levels of customer care
- Interest in eyewear brands
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
