Salary: £12.25-£14 per hour DOE
Hours: Full-Time
Typical Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Greet patients, manage appointments, handle telephone inquiries, and provide information about services. Administrative Support: Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining patient records. Prescription Management: Process repeat prescriptions and manage prescription requests. Patient Assistance: Help patients with queries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional.Desirable Experience
MUST have experience in a GP/NHS/Primary Care setting. Familiarity with SystmOne, the clinical system used by the practice. Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of clinical workflows.Essential Qualifications & Experience
Benefits
Reception or Customer Service Certificates or equivalent experience in similar roles. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good typing and keyboard skills. MUST have experience as a medical receptionist.Benefits:
