The Role
As a Media Executive, you will assist Performance Managers and Senior Media Executives with planning, buying, and administering first-class media campaigns. Your responsibilities include implementing media bookings, researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies, and internal specialists, and supporting reporting on media activity impact.
Key Duties
- Liaising with clients via phone and email, providing excellent customer service, building rapport and client relationships
- Negotiating improved rates for clients and securing added value where possible
- Providing guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules and creative specifications
- Preparing monthly reports
- Attending and contributing to team and supplier meetings regularly
Experience / Skills
- Skilled telephone communicator with clients, suppliers, and senior colleagues
- Excellent written communication skills; confident in email correspondence with clients and suppliers
- Proactive in enhancing media knowledge and soft skills
- Ability to manage deadlines proactively for your client accounts
- Basic knowledge of various media channels
- Strong relationship-building skills with key media owners
