Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the Workshop Team, offering technical guidance and support.
- Advising on work priorities and promoting efficient, high-quality practices.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in your area through effective use of tools and resources.
- Driving a culture of quality and first-time fixes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with quality standards.
