Market Data Operations Control Manager

In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders and forums to oversee procurement service delivery, offer advice, and develop procurement strategies that meet the needs of both the business and procurement functions. Purpose of the role To collaborate with stakeholders to oversee procurement service delivery, advise on procurement strategies, and ensure alignment with business needs and regulations. Accountabilities Develop and implement procurement strategies in collaboration with stakeholders. Align procurement activities with bank objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide expertise on procurement policies, third-party risk, sourcing, and supplier relations. Act as a point of escalation for procurement issues. Build relationships with senior stakeholders to improve service delivery and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities for cost savings, service improvements, and procurement efficiency. Support strategic activities related to business change programs, acquisitions, and divestments. Lead and supervise a team, fostering professional development and resource coordination. Demonstrate leadership behaviors that promote an environment of excellence and growth. Develop technical expertise and act as an advisor in your area of specialization. Manage risks and controls, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations. Build understanding of how your function contributes to organizational objectives.
