We are looking for an EDI Consultant for a public sector client, based mostly remote with occasional travel to Manchester on an initial 5-month contract in the scope of IR35, paying up to £332 per day inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Producing a comprehensive review with recommendations for improving workplace adjustments.
- Drafting an updated workplace adjustments policy that ensures compliance, equity and better support for employees and managers.
- Preparing process flows to document how a central function will support staff and managers with adjustments.
- Developing a phased implementation plan with quick wins, clear timelines and agreed ownership.
- Engaging stakeholders through interviews, workshops and committee presentations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience delivering workplace adjustment reviews and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of Equality legislation and inclusive workplace practices.
- Proven ability to draft policies and engage senior stakeholders.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
