Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced IT professional who has experience with B2B software application support to join our client’s Livingston office. You will be joining a close-knit Managed Services team who support operations both internally and externally.
As well as a competitive salary of £40,000 – £55,000 depending on experience, benefits include:

What you’ll be doing:
- Liaising with clients, customers and data centres
- Monitoring, checking, and completing daily processing and batch tasks
- Running control reports
- Supporting software and deploying applications
- Meet operational SLAs
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of ITIL
- B2B support with strong client engagement skills
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Relational databases
- Able to work as part of a team, and communicate with people in the business and externally who are in other locations
This is a hybrid role, with two days per week being onsite in Livingston therefore we can only consider candidates who are within travelling distance. Please note this role also does include a shift pattern, as well as an on-call rota (with additional remuneration for this) which we are happy to go into further detail about.
