Up to £65k OTE Overseas international travel to premium clients in Europe, USA, and China Excellent pension scheme and life assurance Premium rates for outworking and travel Sick pay scheme and cash health plan The Job: Part of the service team dealing with various clients, providing first class customer service Perform service and repairs on various Milling and Grinding machines. Replacement of gears and bearings Replacement of cutters and grinding spindles Involved in hydraulic and pneumatic installations. Promote the business spare parts and technical service department to existing and potential new clients. Only provide service and repair on the company machines designed and built by them, allowing an in-depth understanding of products and repair processes About you: A positive can do attitude with the ability to travel overseas when required. Experience of machine tool service, repair, and upgrades Ability to diagnose problems and deliver practical engineering solutions. Familiarity and knowledge of multi axis, metal cutting machinery. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Confidence of CNC controls and electrics would be an advantage.
