Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a regional strategy to achieve business KPIs.
  • Manage budgets effectively to support growth and profitability.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Support sales team members during trade days with hands-on leadership.

  • Oversee activations across On-Trade channels to maximise brand visibility.

  • Attend bi-weekly meetings at the London office.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in On-Trade leadership roles.
  • A strong track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience & Education

  • 8+ years’ relevant experience in sales management, ideally in the On-Trade sector.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, but not essential.
