Overview
Lettings Assistant – 9 month fixed term contract – Andover, SP10 4BF, United Kingdom. We have an opportunity to join a fast paced & supportive team delivering the lettings of our homes to our Hampshire customers. We need someone committed to delivering a first-class service, putting our customers at the heart of all we do.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support and services for colleagues and customers
- Work with Hampshire lettings assistants on ending tenancies, advertising properties, and updating systems to ensure regulation and compliance
- Ensure timely data updates for performance monitoring
- Collaborate with local authority partners and internal teams through the void and lettings process
- Work at pace under pressure, manage change, and make quick, confident decisions
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy when updating systems
- Be an effective team player with good time management and communication skills
- Occasionally attend Hampshire office for collaborative working days, team meetings and training
