An award-winning business in the waste management industry is looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager to cover the Yorkshire area.

Responsibilities

• Build strong rapport with customers and influencers; win new business and drive growth in the Yorkshire territory.

• Collaborate with a growing, award-winning team to capitalise on market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in waste is preferred but not essential; sales experience is required.
• Ability to develop business in the territory; strong sales track record.
• Full driving licence; willingness to travel across Yorkshire.

Compensation

Base salary range: £30,000 to £35,000 plus a car allowance package circa £5,000 plus benefits and bonuses. The company bonus scheme is uncapped; expected annual bonuses around £25,000, with total annual earnings typically £50,000–£65,000, with some individuals earning closer to £90,000.
