CK Group is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a 3-month contract basis at their site in Welwyn Garden City.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Log and track end users’ incidents, adhering to SLAs.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate these to relevant teams for investigation.
  • Provide swift resolutions to IT queries and problems.
  • Offer proactive, customer-focused, face-to-face onsite support.

Candidate Background:

  • Experience with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) and Windows hardware is beneficial.
  • Experience in building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrades is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is desirable.

Location: Welwyn Garden City, UK.
