Introduction
Are you an experienced Installation Engineer or Pipefitter who enjoys working on varied industrial projects and delivering high-quality installations?
Were looking for a skilled engineer to join a growing Coventry-based team, installing cutting-edge compressed air, industrial gas, and process cooling systems. Youll work across a wide range of industries, both independently and as part of a team, with plenty of variety in your day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities
- Install compressed air, industrial gas, and process cooling systems at customer sites.
- Work with a variety of pipework materials, including threaded steel, aluminium, copper, and stainless steel.
- Fit specialist equipment for compressed air, nitrogen, and chilled water systems in industrial environments.
- Collaborate on larger industrial projects with colleagues or take ownership of smaller projects independently.
- Travel primarily across the Midlands, with some UK-wide projects that may require overnight stays (fully expensed).
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, in line with all regulations and site requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter, Installation Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer in industrial or commercial environments.
- Confident working independently or as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings.
- Strong attention to detail, pride in your work, and efficient mechanical fitting skills.
- Committed to health & safety, with adherence to EHS standards and PPE requirements.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Desirable: CSCS SkillCard, IPAF (MEWP) licence, and PASMA certification.
