Company Overview MRG Exams is a leading provider of Independent Medical Evaluations (IME) and Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings (PPIR) services for Ohio BWC, third-party administrators, Managed Care Organizations, and employers. We seek dedicated, board-certified MDs or DOs in relevant specialties, as well as licensed Psychologists and Psychiatrists, for our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and those starting in IMEs. Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical assessments per Ohio BWC guidelines. Perform Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings using AMA Guidelines. Document findings and produce clear reports within deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service. Maintain industry compliance and participate in ongoing training. Represent the company professionally in all interactions. Qualifications Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Active, unrestricted Ohio medical license. Willingness and ability to travel within Ohio. Experience with IME/impairment ratings preferred but not required.
