About the Role
ICT Solutions Architect (housing management systems a plus) Gillingham £63,550. Code Red is currently working with a public sector client to appoint an ICT Solution Architect to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation to optimize ICT solutions supporting customer experience and service delivery.
- Design or modify solutions to address company challenges.
- Engage with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and customer feedback across business units.
- Lead the applications team in developing and supporting solutions, managing multiple projects related to business applications, digital processes, and ICT business change.
Qualifications:
- Solution architecture and analysis skills, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with ITIL and supporting housing-related ICT applications (housing management a plus).
- Develop and deliver roadmaps for development, maintenance, and support of business applications and M365 suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics, Data Verse).
- Ensure robust testing, deployment, and change management processes.
- Experience supporting integrated applications, CRM, data systems, interfaces, and digital technologies.
Desirable Skills:
- Project Management qualification or relevant experience.
- Leadership or management training.
- Relevant solution architecture certifications (not essential).
