We are working with a multi-academy Trust, with schools across Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone to resource for an experienced HR Systems & Data Officer to join their HR team for a maternity leave contract of 12 months.
With sound knowledge of HR systems, metrics and insights and demonstrable experience of HRIS implementations, this role will focus on creating systems which improve efficiency, data integrity, and user experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team to shape the future of our HR operations by establishing efficient workflows, ensuring data migration accuracy, improving data management, developing a suite of valuable HR metrics tailored to the needs of the Trust, creating user guides and training.
You will be a process-driven and analytical individual, with high-level of attention to detail and accuracy who thrives in a delivery-targeted position. Candidates who have worked in the Education sector would be viewed favourably.

Salary: £28,748 – £34,000 p/annum
The role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. Two references are required prior to commencement of employment.
