About the Role: We are seeking a diligent and resourceful HR Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance and high standards. This varied role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration with stakeholders to support continual improvements. You will also help implement new modules of our HRIS system and be the systems expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HR System
- Provide system support to the HR team
- Collate and provide reports and data
- Maintain HR SharePoint pages
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the payroll process
- Manage Sponsorship and Visa applications
- Support generalist HR activities in the UK and India
- Implement new modules of the HRIS system and be the systems expert
