Housekeeping Cleaning Manager role at TieTalent in Bognor Regis, England, United Kingdom. We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Bognor Regis Resort as part of our Accommodation department. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you’ll drive the delivery of your accommodation area and promote the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness.

You’ll be part of a large team responsible for providing guests with an entertaining holiday, leading by example and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the accommodation cleaning team to deliver high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with CAFF (Clean and Fault Free) approach.
  • Promote and maintain consistent brand standards while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently.
  • Analyse KPIs and stock control systems to maximise margins; adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular 121s and PDP discussions to support team development and career progression.
  • Think on your feet, get involved, and prioritise guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
About You
  • Prior leadership experience in a Hotel or Accommodation Village environment.
  • Passionate about leading and developing a large team and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
