Qualifications

• LPN license in the state of employment
• Graduate from an approved practical nursing program
• At least two years of LPN experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
• Ability to meet critical charting deadlines
• Self-management skills for scheduling
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
