Overview
HGV Class 1 Day Driver role at Evri (Avonmouth). Day shifts typically start around 13:00. Full-time contracts are 40 hours per week, usually 5 shifts out of 7 with rotas given in advance. \”HGV Class 1 Day Drivers\” (Cat C+E) join a growing Avonmouth depot.
What You’ll Do
- Drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring safe, efficient driving from depots to clients and other EVri sites.
- Ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely; update paperwork; assist depot staff with heavier items from time to time.
- Keep the team updated on any problems on the road so we can find alternative routes as needed.
