About the Role
Portfolio is recruiting a fantastic, brand-new opportunity with our client, an award-winning HR Software provider based in Manchester. The business provides people solutions to over 50,000 clients worldwide.
Our client is seeking a Head of Sales Training to enhance sales performance through designing and delivering ongoing training and development programs covering all aspects of the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Quality, and Compliance teams to design and deliver sales induction training for new recruits.
- Develop and implement ongoing coaching and training schedules to maintain a world-class sales team.
- Identify training needs and communicate effectively with management to improve sales performance.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and assess training effectiveness regularly.
- Ensure training standards are met and aligned with business goals.
- Provide feedback and support to sales teams to foster continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Salesforce and other relevant tools, integrating new developments into training programs.
Candidate Profile
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organized with the ability to work under pressure.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and motivational skills.
- Experience in sales training, especially in B2B call centers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
