We’re looking for a Head of IT to join our clients team and to ensure seamless operations, service excellence, and security across their IT landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive the strategic roadmap of the team to ensure efficiency across all IT services.

What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise IT service delivery to ensure maximum uptime and performance
- Manage and enhance IT infrastructure (Azure, networking, cloud security)
- Lead the Service Desk team, ensuring top-tier support and SLAs
- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Drive IT strategy, process improvements, and operational excellence
