As the Head of Property Compliance, you will lead our Property Compliance Service, ensuring that RBH meets all legal and regulatory requirements for property safety across our housing stock.
This role involves strategic leadership, collaboration with various stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of RBH’s property compliance programmes.
- Ensure robust policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks are in place.
- Provide assurance to senior leadership and external regulators on the safety and compliance of RBH’s property portfolio.
- Drive performance improvements and maintain high standards of customer care, value for money, and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop best practices.

- Proven experience leading services through organisational change and improving team performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Self-motivated with excellent workload management and the ability to inspire and support team development.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
- Relevant professional qualifications in property compliance or extensive equivalent experience.
- In-depth knowledge of property safety management and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Demonstrable experience in managing property compliance services for residential buildings.
- Expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and delivering assurance-focused services.
