  • Developing pricing models, ROI frameworks and commercial bids for new sites, partnerships and M&A activity.
  • Supporting business cases for digital initiatives such as e-commerce and inventory tracking.
  • Linking operational drivers - like visitor numbers or occupancy - to financial forecasts.
  • Creating intuitive Power BI dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrating the connection between surplus and social impact - more jobs, more hours of support.
  • Designing light-touch control frameworks that scale with growth.
  • Coaching finance business partners to embed commercial awareness across the organisation.

Why Our Client Is Excited About You:

You're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong track record in commercial finance and the drive to turn data into action. You're comfortable balancing rigour with empathy, and you know how to engage and influence at all levels. You will also bring:

  • Proven commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity or customer-focused setting.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • The ability to distil complex data into actionable insight.
  • Experience influencing non-finance stakeholders and driving cross-functional change.
  • A collaborative and values-led mindset that fits an inclusive and socially driven culture.

What You'll Get In Return:

  • £70,000-£85,000 basic salary
  • Hybrid working - two days a week typically in Bristol, with flexible locations (city farm or modern office)
  • 35-hour week with flexible start/finish
  • Ethical pension scheme and family-friendly policies
  • A working environment where financial strategy enables meaningful social change
