This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in process development, optimisation, and scale-up. Job Description:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct lab experiments supporting process changes via HPLC, GC, and GC-MS analysis.
- Support the scale-up of new products to full-scale production.
- Analyse production data to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to troubleshooting issues such as deviations or yield losses.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- BSc or equivalent in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
- Strong interest in process development and manufacturing.
- Understanding of chemical principles and reaction mechanisms.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
