Job Description:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities for process improvement.
  • Conduct lab experiments supporting process changes via HPLC, GC, and GC-MS analysis.
  • Support the scale-up of new products to full-scale production.
  • Analyse production data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting issues such as deviations or yield losses.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • BSc or equivalent in Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
  • Strong interest in process development and manufacturing.
  • Understanding of chemical principles and reaction mechanisms.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
