At any one time across our fantastic projects, we are supporting up to 1,500 individuals, their families and communities, helping them to live better lives.

Beacon House is an 8 bedded service based in Cranhill, Glasgow. We support 8 individuals with learning disabilities live life to the fullest.

As our Social Care Team Leader you will:

  • Support the Registered Service Manager with the delivery of the service.
  • Ensure a high-quality person-centred approach is delivered.
  • Work shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous working experience with the client group is preferred and previous supervisory experience is desirable.
  • Great leadership skills are essential to inspire your team through leading by example and delivering high-quality, flexible person-centred support while communicating effectively across all levels and with various external professionals.

We will make sure you have all the training and development you need to ensure you have the right tools to not only do a great job, but help you build a successful career within the foundation.

What’s more, you will be part of a foundation whose mission it is to improve and enrich the lives of the most vulnerable people in our communities.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills. Experience of MS Office is essential, particularly Word and Excel.
