Our client is a modern, forward-thinking legal practice authorised and regulated by the Bar Standards Board. Known for its commercial yet compassionate approach, the firm supports a diverse private client base across a broad range of legal matters. Their team includes highly skilled solicitors and barristers committed to delivering practical, results-driven legal advice.
They are now looking for a Freelance Litigation Solicitor to join on an instruction-by-instruction basis. This role is fully remote, highly flexible, and free from Legal Aid or police station commitments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a range of litigation matters, particularly criminal and regulatory issues
  • Prepare and manage case files, including drafting pleadings and correspondence
  • Represent clients in hearings (virtually or in person), or instruct counsel as required
  • Undertake legal research and keep up to date with relevant legislation
  • Work collaboratively with barristers and other professionals to ensure top-tier client outcomes
  • Maintain excellent client care and communication throughout

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
  • Strong background in litigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in managing cases independently
  • Well-organised, with sound judgment and ethical integrity
