Overview
IKEA Glasgow are looking to welcome part-time Food and Beverage Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team within the Restaurant, Bistro and Swedish Food Market. If you are passionate about food and love creating memorable dining experiences, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to delight our guests. Employment Type: Part Time, Regular. Department: Bistro & Sweden Shop. Number of Positions: 5.
What we offer
- Start date of employment: September 27, 2025.
- Competitive hourly rate of Β£12.60 per hour.
- Contracts ranging from 12 to 24 hours, working between 2-5 shifts per week and 3 in 4 weekends per month.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts between 7am β 10pm.

- Serving food, handling tills, cleaning and clearing the restaurant, and working in the dishwashing area.
- Providing a customer-focused service to create the best possible experience; listen, act, and exceed expectations.
- Ensuring safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a secure environment for customers and co-workers.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Manual handling and use of equipment when unloading deliveries.
