We are hiring a skilled Finishing Operative / Rumbling Operative to join our aerospace team. You’ll prepare metal parts for critical systems using vibratory and tumbling machines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for critical systems using vibratory and tumbling machines
• Read and follow engineering drawings
• Work as part of a fast-paced finishing team to ensure components meet top-quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finishing Operative / Rumbling Operative
• Can read and follow engineering drawings
• Background in manufacturing or engineering
• Use of hand tools and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail

Benefits

• £27,000 – £30,000 + possible overtime
• Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (Early finish on Fridays)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 9% non-contributory pension
