Acting as corporate appointees and financial deputies, we safeguard client funds, manage liabilities, and help individuals achieve personal financial goals all within a compliance-led, safeguarding-focused environment. The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position that blends finance, administration, and client support. You\’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality services with empathy and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial responsibilities for a caseload of vulnerable clients (budgeting, bill payments, benefits processing)
- Complete and verify financial assessments for care contributions
- Prepare documentation for deputyship, deceased estates, and client transitions
- Respond to client queries and provide front-line cover when needed
- Conduct client visits and occasional property checks
- Liaise with social workers, care providers, and external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and meet safeguarding and compliance deadlines
- Support team initiatives to improve client engagement and identify new opportunities
