Act as an ambassador for the company, providing a high standard of customer care and being polite at all times.
Relay appropriate customer queries to depot staff as required.
Update system on machine status change i. e.
PDI/PHI carried out, Machine under repair, 6 monthly statutory Inspection completed, etc.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Relevant general engineering maintenance qualification, preferably to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Have a mature outlook and the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
Experience in diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics and diagnostics fault finding.
Ability to complete basic company administration processes in line with role.
