We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Support Analyst to join our Glasgow Head Office to support the business with all ERP (Infor 3) related queries, including resolving issues in-house and escalating to our third-party support providers. The role of Systems Support Analyst will involve working closely with the ERP/Applications Development team to analyse internal processes, provide solutions and the associated documentation. Our busy IT Team work within defined business wide SLAs and the Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving support calls whilst supporting Cisco Call Manager.

We are interested in hearing from highly motivated candidates who are looking to gain exposure to a wide range of technologies. Successful candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Significant experience supporting ERP systems within a helpdesk environment.
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite is desirable.
  • Experience supporting a geographically diverse userbase.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to workload.
