Overview of the Engineer (Mechanical) role at TieTalent. Permanent, Full time. Location: Peterborough area. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Salary: £33,000 - £42,000 Per Annum, Dependent On Experience. We are looking for candidates in or around the Peterborough area. We have secured a new branch location and therefore have a fantastic opportunity for 2 additional Engineers based in Whittlesey.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing and repairs to both Whale Tankers and Non-Whale tanker equipment
  • Maintenance of vacuum and jetting systems on a variety of models and manufacturers
  • Identify faults to all systems, correctly diagnose repairs and parts required
  • Run up tanker equipment to test repairs or to fault find
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner to the required level of detail
  • Support the branch manager to ensure the facility meets expected standards
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
