My Prestige Client in NG21 is looking for a fabulous Deputy Manager to join their lively and fast-growing team. This is a permanent contract and an amazing opportunity to take on a Deputy Manager role in a stunning, supportive Care Home. This care home offers a home-from-home experience for residents. It is a residential setting for elderly residents with all care provided.
Role details:
- NVQ Level 3 Minimum
- Full time 7am–7pm, 3–4 days a week to include alternate weekends
- £16.77 per hour, plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and maintain high standards of care for residents
- Oversee day-to-day running of the home
- Lead risk assessments and medication management
- Support staff and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the management team to provide a positive resident experience
